Soul Buoy at Null Island. World Cruise.
Soul Buoy is a 12ft tall weather buoy tethered by a 3-mile cable to the sea bed at Zero Zero, at the fictitious Null Island. We went there for Doris Visits on the wonderful Viking Neptune.
