St Lucia - Port, Town, Market, Volcano, Botanical Gardens, Vigie Beach and the Rain Forest

Many ask how to get to Vigie Beach. It is 2 km north of the Port in Castries District and the other side of and running parallel to the George F. L. Charles Airport. You have to go around the runway. It is a wonderful protected white sand beach that starts opposite the airport departure lounge where the bus sometimes stops and there are a few small food kiosks. It runs up to a Sandals resort. The beach is not used much. It has many trees for natural shade.
Jean also takes you around the town, from the square to church to market, then to Diamond Falls Botanical Gardens and Soufriere Volcano.
However, the most fun is had at the rain forest where there are canopy rides and zip wires.
