Excited for this NEW 50 MIN NO JUMPING FULL BODY Strength Workout + Weights | Low Impact WHAT?! Weights? Again? (you may wonder😉) Yep, I was experiencing a pretty rough week due to my calves’ issues and literally couldn’t do a single jump! Soooo, on thinking hard I decided to put together a NO JUMP, light weights (optional) STRENGTH TRAINING HIIT, which gives excellent FAT BURN🔥, breaks SWEAT💦, and is going to help you BUILD💪🏼the strong, sexy body! DUMBBELLS ARE OPTIONAL, so no let’s push hard💥🙌🏼
► DURATION: 50 minutes
► TIMER: 45 sec on/15 sec off
► MUSCLES WORKED: full body
► INTENSITY: medium
► CALORIES BURNT: 370-620
► EQUIPMENT: no equipment or any light weights (I am using 3 kg/~6,6 lbs dumbbells)
► DIFFICULTY: intermediate
