This p plater reverses into dashcam vehicle. Driver pulls back into the original parking spot and must have noticed someone was in the vicinty and may have seen what had just happened. Driver leaves a Blank piece of paper under the windscreen wiper, possibly while others were watching. The Blackvue dashcam didnt miss it most importantly!
