Oat Bread in 5 Minutes for a Healthy Breakfast! I've lost 20 kg in a month! No flour, no butter!
Recipes and Ingredients:
Recipe 1
1 cup oats.
3 eggs.
100 g yogurt.
1 teaspoon salt.
2 teaspoons baking powder.
30 g flaxseeds.
30 g sesame seeds.
30 g pumpkin seeds.
30 g sunflower seeds.
100 g almond flour.
Bake for 25 minutes at 180°C/360°F.
Recipe 2
2 cups oats.
2 eggs.
1.5 cups yogurt.
1 teaspoon salt.
Add the second part of yogurt.
1 cup walnuts.
1 tablespoon sunflower seeds.
1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds.
1 tablespoon baking powder.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake for 35 minutes at 180°C/360°F.
Recipe 3
1 cup oats.
100 g yogurt.
2 eggs.
Salt.
Provençal herbs.
Parsley.
1/2 onion.
1/2 chili pepper.
100 g mozzarella.
Recipe 4
1 cup oats.
350 g lentils.
Add water.
Cover and let sit for 6 hours.
Rinse with water.
2 eggs.
100 g yogurt.
100 ml water.
1 teaspoon salt.
2 teaspoons baking powder.
1 teaspoon dried garlic.
Avocado oil.
Seed mix.
Cook in the air fryer for 45 minutes at 180°C/360°F.
