Painter in oil, especially of flowers and seaside scenes with children, Dorothea Sharp (1874-1955) studied art at Regent Street Polytechnic School of Art after initial education on the continent.

Exhibited prolifically at the RA, RBA, ROI, SWA, Fine Art Society and other venues, including Paris Salon and Commonwealth countries.
