Regeringen vill frigöra statlig mark – 4 000 bostäder kan byggas

Regeringen har fått en slutredovisning om statlig mark för bostadsbyggande. 28 fastlåsta ärenden har granskats, och flera kan nu leda till nya bostäder.
Infrastrukturminister Andreas Carlson säger att staten har ett ansvar:
– Fler ska kunna förverkliga sina boendedrömmar och flytta dit arbete finns.
Utredaren Ingrid Eiken betonar att många ärenden har suttit fast i upp till 15 år. Totalt kan frigjord mark ge cirka 4 000 nya bostäder. Utredningen vill se tydligare statlig styrning och bättre samarbete med kommunerna.
