All right, guys, I have over a million subscribers on YouTube.
You can see right here.
I also have a really good following on other platforms as well.
And I want to talk about five content strategies
that you can use to get way more views.
Now, this works best on YouTube is designed for YouTube,
but it pretty much works on every other platform out there as well.
And these are strategies that I have consistently used to grow my YouTube
channel, my other YouTube channels, my friends and clients
and students, YouTube channels, as well as other social media platforms.
So if you appreciate me talking about this,
dropping some of my absolute best knowledge on you completely free,
let me know by gently tapping that like button.
And let's jump into it right now.
OK, strategy number one is the idea first method.
And this is where you start with the most important thing,
which is the idea of the video.
Basically, what you want to do is you want to pick winning ideas
before you ever even start to write the script, even come up with the thumbnail.
Come up with the hook, the intro,
or especially before you record the video or edit it.
And what most creators do is they'll basically film a video
and then they'll think, oh, I wonder what I should title this. Right.
So they're basically coming up with the idea last.
But smart creators pick the winners before they even hit record.
And I like to call this the hot dog method.
And what I mean by the hot dog method is let's just say you open up
a gourmet restaurant, but you put it in the middle of the desert.
Right. This restaurant is amazing, awesome food.
But you put it in the middle of the desert where nobody lives.
Well, your restaurant is not going to get any customers and it's going to fail.
That's obvious enough.
But let's take a second scenario.
You take the same gourmet restaurant and you open it up in an extremely busy place.
In fact, let's just say you put it right next to the exit
of Bellagio Buffet in Las Vegas.
I've gone to Bellagio Buffet several times.
They have a great selection.
If you ever go to Las Vegas, definitely check them out.
But the problem with Bellagio Buffet is every single time I would leave
Bellagio Buffet, I would be so full that I could barely walk.
And the last thing I would ever want to do is eat more food.
So people who are exiting Bellagio Buffet, they see your gourmet restaurant.
Doesn't matter how good your food is.
Doesn't even matter how good your marketing is or anything else.
They're not interested. Why?
Because they're already eating really good food and they're not interested
in consuming your food as well.
Now, that one's not as obvious, but this is something extremely common
that so many people do on YouTube.
So a lot of people either make the first mistake,
which is basically making videos on ideas that literally nobody cares about,
a.k.a. putting a gourmet restaurant in the middle of the desert.
But even more people make the second mistake, which is making videos
on ideas that are already saturated, a.k.a.
they go and copy some big famous YouTuber out there
who already made a video on that idea.
And it's not quite as bad as mistake number one, but it's still pretty bad
because if you are going to copy the ideas from big YouTubers,
you better make sure that your video is insanely good
or you're not going to get any views at all,
because those big YouTubers already have a massive advantage.
Right. People already know about Bellagio Buffet.
It's world renowned.
People go to Las Vegas and they look forward to eating at the buffet.
And so it's not usually a good idea to do that.
But then there's method number three, which I like to call the hot dog method.
And this is where you go to a place where there's a massive amount
of super hungry people, but there's not a big supply.
Right. Because Bellagio Buffet, there's a lot of hungry people around that area,
but there's also a lot of supply.
Right. There's so many different options for things that they could eat.
And there's really high quality options as well.
But method number three is the hot dog method, because what you do
is you go to a place where there's a massive amount of demand,
a.k.a. there's a ton of hungry people, but there's almost no supply.
And this is exactly what my friend did in college when he started a hot dog business.
He would have his hot dog stand and he would go and wait outside of bars
that close around 1 a.m.
And when the bars would close, there would be a ton of super hungry people
outside that have no other options to eat anything else
because all the restaurants are closed and he would sell out every single night.
He was making a full time income, working just a couple hours a day,
selling these hot dogs and were hot dogs the best food in the world.
Let's be honest. No, hot dogs are pretty mediocre.
But it didn't matter because he was the only show in town. Right.
He was the only place that was selling food at that time of night.
So this is what you want to do on YouTube.
You want to find ideas from small channels where they're making objectively
kind of either mediocre or bad content.
And then you steal the idea and you make a better video. Why?
Because there's a massive amount of demand for the idea if it's a small channel.
So it doesn't have a massive brand.
And then it was making either mediocre or bad content.
And there's not a lot of supply because there's only that channel
or maybe a few channels posting about the video.
So you find those ideas and you make good videos on those ideas
and it gives you like a hundred times higher chance of going viral. Right.
This is the hot dog method. It's super effective. Try it out.
And by the way, you can do this on YouTube,
but it also works on other platforms as well.
All right. Quick break, guys.
This Tuesday at 9 p.m. Eastern time, I'm going to show you how I got
this little YouTube one million subscriber plaque right here.
I'm doing a one time only workshop where I talk about how you can finally profit
from YouTube dot com with the help of A.I.
And you can check it out down the description in the pin comment below.
And at this workshop only, I'm going to be giving away my voice
command scriptwriter A.I.
With this tool, you can make a script without having to type anything.
All you have to do is tell A.I.
what you want to write and you can even have a conversation with it,
like as if it's your friend.
And it can take as little as 30 seconds to write you a script.
It's that simple to use, right?
No typing, no dragging stuff, just talking with A.I.
And this is a GPT powered piece of software that I've been working on
and it's been trained on thousands of hours of my teaching, my scripts,
coaching sessions and more.
And I'm giving it away completely free this one time only at the workshop.
And it's a completely free workshop.
So make sure you show up.
Click the link in the description or the pin comment below.
And when you're done registering, make sure you click on add this
to your calendar so it'll show up on your Google, Apple or Outlook calendar
so you can make sure you won't miss the chance to grab the voice
command scriptwriter A.I.
And you'll also be able to ask me questions live.
So I look forward to meeting you.
It'll be a zoom call where we can just talk to each other.
And I'll see you Tuesday, 9 p.m.
Eastern Standard Time.
Click the link in the description, the pin comment below.
And now back to your regularly scheduled programming.
Next, strategy number two is the holy trifecta.
And this is basically like the marketing for your business.
So you have established
that there is demand for the idea that you're going to make a video on.
The second most important thing is the marketing,
because you could have the greatest idea ever.
But if your marketing sucks, nobody's going to try.
It's just like a product, right?
You could have the greatest product ever.
But if your marketing sucks, no one else is going to try the product.
So strategy number two is the holy trifecta.
And this is where you get the thumbnail, the title and the intro,
and you make sure that all of them are congruent and good.
Now, I could make an entire video, probably an entire series of videos on this.
But basically, the thing you want to do is plan out all three of them together
and do it before you ever write the intro or the script
or definitely before you record the video.
So do it at the very beginning after you come up with the idea.
So just as an example, my video, nine boring,
but high paying remote jobs always hiring in 2025.
The intro is the most profitable remote jobs are often the most boring ones.
Notice something.
I mentioned boring in the title, in the thumbnail and in the intro.
Everything is aligned, right?
The thumbnail, the title, the intro, they're all congruent with each other
and everything delivers on the same value proposition or the same promise.
So you want to design your packaging before the production, right?
And align the first 30 seconds
with what the click promised from the thumbnail and the title.
And always keep this in mind.
Usually the first thing people see is the thumbnail.
Then they see the title.
And then, of course, they see the intro if they click on the video.
So keep that in mind, because it's important to know what order people see
things in. All right.
Strategy number three is the money ball method.
Now, if you've ever seen the movie Moneyball, it's about baseball.
I'm not a big fan of baseball, but it doesn't matter if you are or not.
This movie is still amazing.
And the reason for that is because it talks about this team
who had a really good coach who basically started paying attention
to the analytics of the game.
And he basically started realizing that players that were really good
at hitting home runs were actually overpaid versus players
that were really good at hitting the ball and getting on base.
Now, how can you apply this to YouTube?
Well, what you want to do is you want to make sure that every single time
you post a video, you're at least going to get on base.
But you also want to make sure that once in a while,
at least you can also hit a home run.
So how do you do this?
Well, you lead with a searchable keyword in your title,
but you finish with an emotional promise.
So you basically want your titles to be 50 percent analytical and 50 percent
emotional. And by doing this,
you'll make sure that you consistently get views from search,
aka when people search certain topics or keywords or titles, et cetera.
But once in a while, you're also going to hit that home run.
It's going to get promoted on the main page and you're going to get a ton of views.
That's exactly what I do on my channel.
I get a ton of views from search, but I also get a ton of views from browse.
Let me show you an example.
My video, the top ten college majors that are actually worth it.
The keyword at the start is top ten college majors,
specifically college majors.
And the hook at the end is actually worth it.
So the keyword gets me search traffic, but the hook gets me viral potential.
And this is how you build a sustainable YouTube channel,
because even if that video would have failed,
I at least would have gotten views from search for a long period of time.
But the video actually ended up going viral.
So I got views from both browse and search.
So all of your videos should have both elements,
a searchable keyword and an emotional promise.
What's happening, guys, in the editing process of this video?
And I have an opportunity for a select group of people.
So these are people who are serious about growing their personal brand on YouTube.
So basically, we figured out recently how to grow a personal brand
and combine all the upsides of a personal brand
with the upsides of automation, right?
Using AI, using things like this to basically grow your personal brand
ten times faster, which in the past used to take decades to do.
And now you can do it significantly faster.
And you can do this to get a better job.
You know, we work with beginners
that just want to get a better job with their personal brand.
You can do this to make money as a side hustle.
We work with a lot of people like that.
We can do this to make more money if you already have a side hustle
or a small business, or if you're already crushing it on YouTube,
we can help you crush it ten times more.
We work with people like that as well.
I mean, I literally can show clients at each level.
People that we've gotten from zero to over 10K, zero to like over 30K,
from like 1K per month, all the way up to 185K per month,
from around 30K per month, all the way up to over 500K per month.
So literally at every single level and it works for everyone
in every situation.
With that being said, we are only working with three to five people
and they have to be people who are very serious, right?
People who are dedicated to making this work.
So if you think you're that type of person, go ahead and apply it
down the description and the pinned comment below.
And you can be part of our group of three or five that we help.
So see you there. Have a good one.
All right. Strategy number four is quantity beats quality in the beginning.
Now, in the early stages of your channel, quantity beats quality
every single time. And here's why.
YouTube doesn't know you yet and you don't know YouTube either.
You actually don't know what type of content you want to make.
And YouTube doesn't know what type of content you're making.
So it doesn't know what type of audience is going to enjoy that content. Right.
So you need to give YouTube data.
Now, how do you give YouTube data?
You give them lots of videos.
I recommend publishing at least three videos per week when you're starting
and your viral video might be your 30th video, maybe earlier, maybe later.
But you'll never know until you post consistently.
Let me give you some examples.
In 2014, PewDiePie was uploading twice daily and a Swedish newspaper
reported that he uploaded at least one video per day for seven straight months.
But PewDiePie was already huge, you might say. Fair point.
Well, let me tell you about Noah Kwaku.
He started just a year ago and his first few videos got 200 to 500 views at most.
But after his eighth video, he got a breakthrough.
One video hit about 57000 views.
Now, what does this mean?
When you're starting out, you need to post a lot.
YouTube needs your data.
They need to understand what kind of videos you make
and then they can recommend your content to the right people.
But I don't want to show my face.
You might be thinking, no problem.
There's plenty of faceless channels out there that are crushing it.
For instance, there's this really interesting channel called Quiet Historian.
They started just a few months ago and they're a little over 50 videos in
and it's all AI generated content and they have over 80,000 subscribers
and they're earning over $10,000 a month.
And what do they do?
They post every single day because more data equals more feedback.
Then you can review and adjust accordingly.
And this is especially good
if you combine it with the next one on the list, which is the evolution method.
And this is where when you do eventually get a video that does well,
assuming that you actually enjoy making the content, by the way,
because that's one of the reasons why you want to post consistently,
because some types of content
you probably don't even enjoy making and you want to try different stuff out.
But when you do find that video that does well, that you actually enjoy,
you want to drop everything you're doing, figure out why that video did well
and then do more of that thing.
So, for instance, if you posted a video and it was a listicle style video,
like, I don't know, top five content strategies, for instance,
if that does well, you want to do more listicle style videos, right?
Because that's the format of the video.
If you posted a video that's a how to video and that did really well,
you probably want to do more how to videos.
If you posted a video and it's an interview video,
you probably want to do more interview videos, et cetera, et cetera.
And then same with the subject.
If you posted a video and it's about a certain subject
and you determine that that's the reason the audience clicked the video,
then you want to make more videos on that subject.
And by the way, you can totally change your niche
or the types of videos you make content on in the future,
because as people get to know you better, they're going to watch
whatever type of content you decide to make.
But when they first get to know you,
they're watching the content for the content itself.
After they've watched enough of the content
and you've given them enough value,
they're going to be watching the content for you.
And then you can make other types of content and you can do whatever you want.
And that's essentially what I can do on this channel.
Now, I talk about all kinds of different things.
And I've gotten to the point in my channel
where I can make content on just about whatever I want.
And I probably could get way more views if I decided to make content
on certain things.
But I like to make content on whatever I want to make content on at the time.
And I've actually changed my niche probably about 10 times with this channel.
And a lot of my audience ends up following me to other topics.
And that is something I'm going to talk about how to do in my live training
this Tuesday, 9 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
So go ahead and check it out.
So, yeah, I just thought I'd drop in, drop these amazing strategies for you.
These are some of the most important ones.
Rewatch this video if you need to, because this really is the most important stuff,
not just on YouTube, but also on other platforms as well.
It also works now.
It would have worked five years ago and it will work five years in the future.
So this is like an evergreen method
that's going to work no matter what, because as the market changes,
the method changes.
And if you want to see an example of one of my clients where we implemented this
and it absolutely helped him to blow up his channel
and he's actually number one in his niche now making tens
or even hundreds of thousands of dollars a month.
Check out this video where I interview my client Sean by clicking right here.
