Special interview with

He was the winner of the 2016 KBS Drama Awards. Let's welcome Song Joong-ki. Hello, I'm actor Song Joong-ki. I'm so honored to be here and say hello to you all in the new year of 2018. And I'd like to thank everyone who's watching the 2017 KBS Drama Awards. I hope you all stay healthy and happy new year. Thank you. It's been a year since I've been here. I'm even more nervous to see my fellow actors that I respect so much. Hello, Mr. Kim Youngchul. You're so amazing. I've been watching the KBS Drama Awards and I've been watching this award with my father. Thank you so much for your amazing acting. I respect you. A year ago, I was honored to win the Grand Prize right here. Now, I'm back as the winner. I think it was 2.5 or 3 years ago. I saw the script for my first drama, and I can't forget how nervous I was when I read the last page of the script. It was such an honor to win the Grand Prize in 2017. I'll never forget this year. I'd like to take this opportunity to thank the production team, staff, and the viewers once again. I'd like to share with you the happiness I've felt this year with the best actor who made the KBS Drama Awards in 2017. I'm so happy. Mr. Song Joongki is holding the Grand Prize. Many viewers have asked him some questions. If you don't mind, I'd like to ask you a question. Sure. You have a wife at home. I'm sure you're curious about how she's doing with her marriage. It would've been even more meaningful if we had met in person today. Unfortunately, I had another schedule today, so I'm here on behalf of my husband. I hope he's doing well. I'll make sure to tell him the good news. I've never experienced this before. I see. How do you feel about this? How do you feel about your life? As I said earlier, I'm here today because I won the Grand Prize in 2017. I'm here today because of my wife. And as you said, I met my lifelong partner I'll never forget this year in 2017. I don't know how to express my happiness. KBS Drama will make you meet her. That's right. Please say something to KBS. Thank you, KBS. Thank you. I'm sure KBS is grateful to you.
