Small Bike, Big Motorcycle Camping Adventure: Moto Camping on a Honda Grom, Part 1

I was determined to get out moto camping on my Honda Grom because I wanted to prove that you don't need a big adventure bike to have a big adventure. Motorcycle camping is one of my favorite ways to spend an evening, and ever since I started my Honda Grom off road build, I knew that my goal was eventually to take it out motorcycle camping. The ride out to the woods was an interesting adventure on my Grom, just because it won't go faster than 50MPH with my current setup (and my ample self riding it). Still, the Adventure Grom did just fine and I was able to get out into the woods and ride the grom off road to my favorite secluded camping spot in the forest. After unloading my motorcycle camping gear and setting up my tent, chair, and the rest of camp, I used my Jetboil Flash to cook an edible dehydrated backpacking meal before settling in for the evening to enjoy some delicious beverages and a Mr. Puff Puff. Moto camping is always a great adventure, but Honda Grom moto camping is an extra special challenge. I'm so impressed I managed to get all of my motorcycle camping gear onto my Grom. Thankfully, my Giant Loop Great Basin bag fit perfectly on the Grom and had more than enough room for all my motocamping needs.
