Today’s Ingredients~!!
✅ Makes 2 rice burgers
• 2 eggs
• 180g cooked rice (seasoned with salt, sesame oil, and sesame seeds)
• Cheese
• Perilla leaves
For Spam Kimchi:
• Kimchi
• 100g spam
For Tuna Salad:
• 1 large can of tuna
• 1 Tbsp corn
• 1 Tbsp pickled radish (danmuji)
• 1 Tbsp mayonnaise
• Black pepper
✅ Cook the eggs until soft and fluffy. Once they’re almost done, add the rice and toppings.
✅ Cook over low heat.
