No flour, no sugar! I eat this every day for breakfast and have lost 30 kg!
Recipes and Ingredients:
Recipe 1
1 cup of oats (120 g).
200 ml of milk.
2 eggs.
A pinch of salt.
Vanillin.
2 bananas.
2 apples.
Cinnamon.
Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C/360°F.
Recipe 2
2 cups of oats.
200 ml of milk.
1 teaspoon of baking powder.
150 g of yogurt.
2 eggs.
2 tablespoons of honey.
60 g of raisins.
60 g of cranberries.
50 g of nuts.
18 cm (7 inch) pan.
Almond flakes.
Bake for 40 minutes at 180°C/360°F.
Recipe 3
1 cup of oats.
1 teaspoon of baking powder.
1 pear.
150 ml of water.
Vanillin.
1 egg.
Let it sit for 10 minutes.
1 banana.
Avocado oil.
Recipe 4
50 g of oats.
1 apple.
1 egg.
30 ml of milk.
1 teaspoon of sweetener.
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder.
1/3 teaspoon of cinnamon.
A drop of avocado oil.
150 g of yogurt.
20 g of cranberries.
10 g of walnuts.
Let it sit in the fridge for 30 minutes.

50 g of cranberries.
10 g of vanilla sugar.
10 g of coconut flakes.
50 g of nuts.
Banana.
100 ml of water.
Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C/360°F.
