Hello! Almost a year ago, I already told you about 5 interesting, cool series in Russian.
And I think that you have already watched them all, and you need new series.
Therefore, today I brought you 5, or rather 6 series, so let's choose what you will watch next.
So, the first series was watched by more than 40 million people in Russia.
Well, so that you understand, there are only a little more than 140 million people in Russia.
And this series is called Master Margarita.
It is based on the novel by Mikhail Bulgakov.
Perhaps if you like Russian classical literature, then you have heard about this author.
How can I tell you in general what this series is about?
Well, let's try in two sentences.
This series has several plot lines.
There are several stories.
The first story is about Voland.
This is Satan, who comes with his companions to Moscow.
And he starts checking people, he starts recognizing people, and so on.
The second story is about a master.
This is a writer, an author, who writes his novel about Jesus Christ and Pontius Pilate.
I think you are listening to me now and think, no, this is not an interesting series at all.
But no, listen further.
Yes, that is, he writes this novel.
And he also has a love story with Margarita.
The series is called, the book is called Master Margarita.
And this Margarita becomes a connecting link between the life of the master and Voland.
And I don't want to tell you, of course, and spoil everything at all.
I myself read the book and watched this series completely.
And I think that the series conveys very well, first of all, the atmosphere of Moscow in the 30s.
Well, I wasn't there then, but I think it probably was.
And on the other hand, this mystical atmosphere, where everything changes quickly, everything changes quickly.
And there are some generally incomprehensible, mysterious events.
At the same time, this is a deep philosophical novel.
And I think that the series was also able to convey all these questions about what life is, what eternity is, what religion is, what creativity is, love, what is more important, love, life.
All philosophical questions are discussed there.
Yes, it turned out a little more than two sentences.
But I think you understand, if this work, if this book could be described in two sentences, then it would not be classical literature, right?
If you want something less philosophical, I understand, there is such a series.
Now I will tell you a story, a plot.
Maybe this series reminds you of something, maybe you already know it.
So, a young beautiful girl works in a wedding salon.
She sells wedding dresses.
Her young man, the owner of this store, breaks up with her.
And the girl needs to look for a new job.
Very quickly.
And she becomes a nanny in the house of a famous producer.
She becomes a nanny of his three children.
If you think it sounds very familiar, then you don't think so.
There is such a popular series, an American series, The Nanny.
In Russia, we have our analogue, or rather not an analogue, but a complete adaptation.
In Russia, we have an adaptation of this series.
The main character is called Vika Prutkovskaya.
Maxim Shatalin.
I remember all these names.
I remember all these plot twists.
The Russian film company bought out the rights to the entire series.
Therefore, the first six seasons were very, very similar to the original.
Of course, there are some nuances.
Somewhere Russian reality, of course.
But I watched the original Nanny.
And then I watched the Russian Nanny.
And, well, let's just say, some jokes are exactly the same there.
If you like the original, if you have already watched The Nanny,
then give a chance to the Russian analogue.
By the way, this is not the only adaptation of a foreign series.
We have, for example, the series Married with Children.
Oh, no.
We call it Happy Together.
The original is called Married with Children.
We also have the series Voronina, which is also an adaptation of the series Everyone Loves Raymond.
But if you want to watch something unique, Russian,
then you can watch the series Daddy's Daughter.
This is also a family series, a sitcom about Sergei Vosnetsov,
a psychologist, a father of the family, and his five daughters.
All these girls are very different.
There is also a girl who is fashionable.
There is also a girl of the year.
There is also an athlete.
There is also an excellent student who is very, very smart.
And, of course, there is the smallest girl, who is called a button.
But she's just a baby.
This series is very funny.
This series is very successful.
It has 20 seasons.
And now they are shooting Daddy's Daughter New.
That is, this is a sequel to the family of one of these daughters.
In short, this is just an unfinished series,
so you have enough material for a lifetime to study.
And if you want something more dramatic, realistic, life-like,
then there are two series that were shot in the early 2000s.
Well, that is, one series, Streets of Broken Lanterns,
was shot from 1998 to, oh my God, 2019.
But I probably advise only the first seasons.
And the series Killing Force.
This is from 2000 to 2005.
These two series just appeared after the 90s.
Maybe you have heard about the 90s in Russia.
If not, I'll just tell you that it was tough.
These series are about the life of the police, police officers.
And these series were shown at the same time.
They were competitors.
That is, they were shown on different TV channels.
But they were very similar.
And they were very, very loved.
Because these two series were reliable.
That is, they were very realistic.
They were very life-like.
And the people who watched them on TV,
they recognized themselves in the heroes.
In the series they showed that, yes, people live poorly.
Yes, there is no money.
Yes, high crime.
Yes, crime.
Yes, a huge number of some problems.
But still, the heroes, they remain people.
They maintain a sense of dignity.
They maintain honor.
That is, they continue to work.
They continue to be faithful to the cause.
And I think that at that time it was very important for the audience
to see that there is hope.
That good people will definitely win.
And bad people, criminals, bandits, corrupt officials,
they will be punished.
Therefore, I can advise you to plunge,
I don't want to end on such a dramatic note.
Therefore, I will advise another series,
which is called Fizruk.
The main character was a bodyguard of such a criminal authority from the 90s.
Time has changed.
And the former boss of this bodyguard is fired.
How many series start with someone being fired?
You noticed.
And the main character goes to work at the school,
a physical education teacher.
Fizruk is the name of the physical education teacher.
And this person with such old attitudes,
with such old concepts,
tries to adapt to modern life.
Of course, this series is not some kind of deep,
with some philosophical thoughts.
But Dmitry Nageev, the actor who plays the main character,
is a very good actor.
Therefore, it is very interesting to look at his facial expressions,
at his movements,
how he behaves in general.
And on the other hand, of course,
there is such a twisted, interesting plot.
Therefore, I can also advise.
I will leave all links in the description.
Here is a link to my previous video with other series.
And we will meet soon.
See you soon.
Bye everyone!
