Learn to Blend Your Loose Tea

Have you ever thought how amazing it is to blend tea? Here at Twinings we have been doing this for the last 307 years. Some of our secret tea blending recipes have over 50 different teas in them, like a Twinings English Breakfast tea, to make them taste the way you love them. But do you know it's easy and fun to put together a couple of loose teas to make a blend of your own. This month at Tea Tasters we have blended three black china teas for our guest tea and tea-wear guru Alison Appleton. A (nutty tasting) Yunnan, Keemun (velvety smooth a slightly smokey taste) and an Assam (like you find in your English Breakfast tea - fully body)
