Smoked pulled pork on the Pit Boss Austin XL. Pork butt was rubbed with Pit Boss Hickory Bacon and Killer Hog Hot BBQ Rub. It was cooked at 250 until an IT of 163, then it was wrapped and finished at 300 until an IT of 206. Below you will find links to items that I generally use in my videos.
