Grilled Pork Steaks

Prep Time: 5 mins
Cook Time: 35 mins
Cooking Temp: 300F/600F

Ingredients:
Pork Steaks
Favorite rub(s)

Prep Directions:
1. Preheat grill

Cooking Directions:
1. Cover pork chops with favorite rub(s)
2. Place pork chops on grill
3. Grill for 15 minutes then flip
4. Grill for 15 minutes then remove pork steaks from grill
5. Increase heat on grill to 600F
6. Return pork steaks to grill and grill for 1 minute on each side or until desired color
7. Remove from the griddle and let cool for 5 minutes and enjoy!
