Villa Petricor, designed by CO-LAB Design Office in Tulum, Mexico, is a 300-square-meter residence that blends modern tropical living with a deep connection to nature. Built around existing trees and oriented to capture natural breezes, the villa features arched openings, skylights, and custom-designed furniture that seamlessly merge indoor and outdoor spaces. Polished cement walls, terrazzo floors, and locally sourced Santo Tomás marble create a calm, monolithic interior, while handcrafted finishes and lush tropical landscaping enhance the serene atmosphere, making the home a harmonious retreat that celebrates light, texture, and natural beauty.
