🔹Ingredients 🔹
✔Butter (soft) – 120 g.
✔Sugar – 50 g.
✔ Egg – 1 piece
✔ Oats – 150 g
✔ Nuts (I used walnuts) – 100 g
✔ Cinnamon – 1 tsp (optional)
✔ Salt – a pinch
✔ Wheat flour – 130 g
✔ Baking powder – 6 g
✔ A pinch of love and good mood (required)
🕒 Bake at 180 °C/356 °F for about 15 minutes. The exact baking time depends on the characteristics of your oven.

✅ You can use any nuts.
✅ I used quick-cooking oats (3 min.). You can also use ready-made oat flour.
✅Depending on the size of the egg and the quality of the butter, the dough may need a little more or less flour. If the dough is too sticky, just add a bit more flour. Conversely, if you find that there is a lot of flour and the dough still does not stick together, add a teaspoon of milk, sour cream, or just water.
✅This dough is very crumbly due to the ground flakes and nuts and cannot be rolled out into a layer. Therefore, we shape the cookies by hand.
