▢ 310 g all-purpose flour
▢ 20 g cornstarch (≈ 5¾ tsp)
▢ 1½ tsp cinnamon
▢ ½ tsp baking soda
▢ ½ tsp baking powder
▢ ½ tsp salt
▢ 130 g unsalted butter, softened or melted & cubed
▢ 125 g brown sugar, packed
▢ 56 g granulated sugar
▢ 2 eggs

Vanilla Glaze
▢ 30 g icing sugar
▢ 2 Tbsp heavy cream or milk
▢ (optional) ½ tsp vanilla extract
