Our BEST Garden Yet – Harvesting & Preserving for Winter | Ratatouille and Kimchi

Our first year harvest from the greenhouse was a sucess - peppers, cucumbers, eggplants and greenbeans along with an adundance of celery, onions and cauliflower from the outdoor garden. We waterbath relish and pepperonicins and make a winter's worth of kimchi with fresh cabbage, turnips and carrots. We finish off the 4 day event with homemade Ratatouille.
