Hello, so today I'm going to be reviewing the Viovo A119 Mini 2 Dashcam. This is the first real 2K single dashcam with Sony's newest Starvis 2 sensor. It has 2K HDR night vision for clear shooting. It's got a voice control function so it's safe and convenient when you're driving along to turn it off or take a photo. You can lock your footage if an incident happens in front of you. With it having a mini and compact design it will ensure that it has a discreet installation so you can literally stick it up behind your mirror which I'll show you later on in the video. So people can't see it as easy and also it doesn't get in your vision when you're driving along. It supports SD cards up to 256 gigabytes so you never have to worry about overwriting your footage. It also has built-in Wi-Fi and a parking mode should the unfortunate happen where someone hits you while you're parked up. Very nice box, great design. So first off we have the camera. Very small, nice and discreet. It's got all the functions on the front, all the buttons. So obviously we'll go through that later in the video. It's got the GPS module on the back which I believe slides off so it's like a mount. So you can stick this straight to your windscreen and obviously the camera on the back which is adjustable for height. What else have we got in the box? So I believe you stick these to the windscreen before you stick your camera to it so it gives it a nice clear picture. Let's see your instructions and obviously your customer service details. So in here we have got the cigarette lighter double adapter and power supply should you want to plug it straight into cigarette lighter. Obviously here we've got a computer transfer cable or charger so you can obviously charge it up using the USB or plug it into your computer to transfer footage. You get a tool which is for obviously removing panels in your car so that you can obviously hardwire it. And finally you get a 3M sticky pad should you want to stick it on your dashboard or you know a replacement one to stick on the windscreen. So BFO have also sent me a hardwire kit so you can obviously wire it straight into your vehicle. So you've got the power supply and then this set of connectors here which connect into one of your fuses in the fuse box. They've also sent me a 64 gigabyte SD card and they've also kindly sent me a CPL filter which is a circular polarizing lens filter which basically helps to reduce reflections from the windshield and will get you a more saturated and beautiful video as it says on the box. Right so instead of hardwiring my dash cam in I am using the 12 volt cigarette lighter but I have connected the wire and I've hidden the cable from this point all the way around here. I've cut up here and I've gone in the trim all the way around in the headlining and up to here. So now I'm going to show you some footage during the day. Obviously when using the parking mode it's best to have the camera wired in to the fuse board to obviously try and preserve the battery life on the car because obviously if you have parking mode connected 24 hours a day off the 12 volt and it's permanent live you'll end up killing the battery on the car.
