Please note: After baking, let your cheesecake cool and refrigerate for 2-3 hours (or overnight). This step is important to set the cheesecake properly.
Cheesecake Ingredients:
- 2 8oz packages of Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Nilla Wafers (crushed)
- 1 tablespoon Butter (for wafers)
- 1 can (14 oz) Condensed Milk
- 4 Eggs
- 1/3 cup Sugar (for wafers)
- Zest of 1 Lemon
- Zest of 1 Orange
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Orange Juice
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/2 cup Sugar (for cheesecake)
Cherry Topping Ingredients:
- 1 can Cherry Pie Filling
- Fresh Orange Juice (to taste)
- Fresh Lemon Juice (to taste)
- Sugar (to taste)
- Vanilla Extract (optional)
