who's in front of you. And remember,
have fun. All right.
I like coming to campabilities because
there's a lot of sports and I get to
have fun.
To your left. To your left.
And get to meet people like me.
Is that your best friend?
Yes.
Camp abilities is a camp for the
visually impaired.
Hey buddy. People of all different
levels of visual impairment all come
here to feel welcome and fun and have
confidence that gives them skills in not
only physical education settings and and
to stand up for themselves but in life
in general. Yeah, we we got baseball
soon, right? You practicing your swing.
I switched to Kane University to do
fizzed and I thought this would be a
good step in the right direction to get
me to where I wanted to be, which is to
eventually be a fizz teacher. That's
where I met my buddy Dominic. I love
you, bro.
Let's go.
We had a great bond from the start. He
became one of my best friends. go.
And he wants to help everybody out here.
No matter if it's a friend or a coach or
a supervisor or anything, he just wants
to help people and and and be friends
with everybody. So, I admire that.
We are going to start with blind soccer
at 9:40.
There we go. Chad,
I've been actually running and doing
campabilities for 17 years in New York
and around the United States. And so,
when I came to New Jersey, I wanted to
start a Campabilities.
Jersey girls
campabilities Kane University has been
going on for this is the third year here
at the RWJ Barnabas Tom's Riverfield of
Dreams
over here over here.
We play a lot of blind sports and
recreational sports
right here
such as track and field blind soccer
blind tennis.
Make sure it doesn't fall though.
And all of our onetoone coaches are
students at Kane University studying
health and physical education. Nice.
Nice. All right, we're going to keep
going. These are called toe touchers.
My goal is to grow every single year.
Show people that kids with visual
impairment and blindness can do
activities and sports just like their
peers without visual impairment and
blindness.
Put your nose and your toes toward my
voice. Nice big smiles.
