Meadowsweet Medicine
Meadowsweet is one of the most useful digestive tonics I know of.
It is an all-time favourite of mine as a tea addition. Not only does it taste good, it has the ability to modulate both hypo and hyperacidity in the stomach as well as work with inflammation, pain, micro-biological imbalances and so much more.
Meadowsweet is Native to North/Central Asia and Europe, but it has naturalized throughout many parts of North America and is easy to grow a home garden.
