Today we're going to make a delicious Grandma's Cake! That fluffy cake from the old days. It doesn't contain milk, oil, butter, or margarine!
It's an orange sponge cake that goes perfectly with your coffee! ***********************************************************************
Recipe:
4 large eggs (approximately 200 grams)
1 1/2 cups sugar (270 grams)
180 ml orange juice
2 cups all-purpose flour (260 grams)
1/2 tablespoon baking powder (8 grams)

For the syrup
150 ml orange juice
1/2 cup sugar (90 grams)
1 teaspoon cornstarch (5 grams)
