MIKADO Cake RECIPE
INGREDIENTS for the dough (cake diameter 24 cm)
1 medium egg
a pinch of salt
8 g vanilla sugar
120 g sugar
80 g melted butter
180 g chilled sour cream
460 g flour
1 level tsp baking soda
bake each cake in a preheated oven at 180°C (360°F) WITH CONVECTION for about 7 minutes until golden brown

INGREDIENTS for the cream:
500 g softened butter
760 g caramelized condensed milk (Carnation, Dulche de Leche; Kajmak)
4 tbsp cocoa

150 g milk chocolate for decoration
