🍪 Healthy Oatmeal Cookies — No Sugar, No Flour, Just Pure Comfort Craving something cozy, wholesome, and guilt-free? Ingredients:
1,5 cups (150g) oat flakes
1/2 cup (70g) whole wheat flour (or almond, brown rice or oatmeal flour)
2 tbsp nuts to taste
Lemon zest
1 egg
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp vanillin
Sweetener to taste
3 tbsp yogurt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp butter or coconut oil.
Knead dough until homogeneous and manageable.
Divide dough into 6-8 portions.
1 small apple
1 tbsp raisins
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tbsp sesame seeds

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 15-20 min.
