but not least Justin Timberlake [Applause] [Applause] [Applause] Thank You councilmember O'Farrell so it's time to hear from the guys [Applause] why should we here by the car this insane day [Applause] hello everyone [Applause] I'd like to first start by thanking the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce and the Walk of Fame Committee very much for sharing this very generous honor with us instinct is made up of an apostrophe and five letters and the first person I would like to thank personally on behalf of all the guys and myself is Robin Wylie I always looked at her as the apostrophe in the van she is truly who made us who we are she's a star as the apostrophe which is only fitting I'd like to thank you gentlemen for making my dreams come true and I mean we're all gonna speak so I'll keep it short but I just want to thank everyone that was a part of it everybody that we worked with and everybody that gave their time and energy to us we tried hard to give us or excuse me we tried very hard to give you everything that we had so very humbly thank you I appreciate you we appreciate you alright alright I'll go next I was told to keep it short and sweet and not cuss and not say anything negative about anybody so uh thanks I think I'll make mine a little personal first of all to all of our families you guys were there the whole way and you remember this whole crazy ride and now we have a star and stuff it's really cool with my mom mom you're the best my sister's my amazing wife and my little son Nash right there it's funny to look at him and he's looking up at me like he has no idea why anybody's going crazy right now but it's kind of cold [Applause] the site first and foremost I want to thank these four guys right here Joe AJC Chris Justin or brothers or family and out of all this the music the tour's love from the fans it's my Brotherhood with you guys that a most thing before I was a kid we came together and I'm a man today because a family I have three teams thank you so much we put this all together dog or internet about I want to give a special shout out to Robert Wiley of course all the families thank you so much for being here the other thing I need to say today is something I've been trying to put into words make it my whole life growing up in Mississippi on a Southern Baptist Church in a town where everyone knows your business I had a secret founders get [Applause] and at the time I thought I'd never be able to tell anyone because not only was I terrified of the lasting rejection I was certain that that would happen but more than that I didn't want to jeopardize the careers of these guys up here much less the hundreds of amazing people who worked tirelessly to bring insane to the world I thought if I'd come out and she would be over so out of fear I kept my secret and our wildest dreams were coming true and I was so incredible but so many nights onstage I see young gay fans singing their hearts out and I wanted so badly to let you know I was you I just didn't have the strength in but I do today and so let me say loud and proud to all my own sweetie brothers and sisters who embrace me and show me the way to be Who I am thank you so much can you told me that I wasn't supposed to speak when I said screw that we're gonna talk so obviously these guys of course a million times we've said thank you of course if it wasn't for you guys I wouldn't be where I am even today so thank you guys but you can also see me performing at Chuck E Cheese next week it's really selling hot dogs to fat one bloke I want to thank everybody obviously the press are coming out here which is actually kind of cool our fans I can't thank you guys enough it's amazing that we've never had an album in years and you guys are still supporting us today good amazing I know that beat that out I want to thank my parents of course my mom and dad a girl is also of course my kids my kids are my life to me Ellen she needs a picture with you later on and and it's always amazing because we thought actually Ellen was actually in the group because half the time we called Lance Ellen we thought he was a it's pretty cool but I want to thank all you guys again it's really interesting coming from Brooklyn New York never thought in my wildest dreams that I would be doing the things that I love to do and that's the first and foremost we became a group we had the love and the passion for music and this is something that that you know the minute we got together you can't you can't deny the vocals that we had there you can't deny what we do great about I had for my bestfriends tour in the world and having a blast so thank you guys appreciate it and uh that's it thank you [Applause] this is [Applause] this is some surreal [Applause] I mean you guys are the best fans in the world and so first off you know I'm gonna sound like a broken record but for all of you who came from far and wide to to be here to share this moment thank you so much really means the world to all of us to the helicopter flying over it wasn't me I these four guys means so much to me and we really we're really a family and and the memories that we have and the times that we shared and the families that we built from it I don't I don't really think I could put into words how much the four of you mean to me just through hard times through unbelievable times through the times when we were going what the and I just love all of you so much don't touch me I all five of us would like to thank Ellen and Carson for coming out and roasting us I don't know who's going to be a roast what are we thought that ask no but I guess the most important thing that I could think of when I found out that we were we were going to be presented with this amazing honor was our moms [Applause] our moms and dads have been really there y'all the real MVP no they they really have they're the reason that we were able to even be where we were in the world and specifically for me for from my mom you know for for the first couple years that we were touring the world I was a minor which sounds crazy you to say and she was there every step of the way so mom thank you so much for and again I mean I love these four guys we've had an incredible ride and I can't wait to see what the future holds we love you [Applause] so let's unveil the star and without a car
