Dodging Log Trucks on Icy Forest Roads: Dual Sport Exploring the Forest in Sub-Freezing Temperatures

Mclovin and I are headed up into the forest in sub-freezing temperatures in an attempt to find the snow and ride our dual sport motorcycles in it. A pair of DRZ400S motorcycles are our rides on this dual sport adventure, and our mission is a simple one: find some snow and ride motorcycles in it. Along the way, our off road motorcycle exploring adventure brings us up close and personal with a log truck heading the wrong way, takes us up a motorcycle exploring route that neither of us had been on before, but which ended up connecting back to familiar surroundings. Later in this dual sport adventure, we hit up one of our favorite off road motorcycle routes, a technical hill climb that is usually pretty muddy, but today was frozen over almost completely. After navigating a little bit more motorcycle ice and snow riding, we finally found ourselves atop one of our favorite scenic vistas.
