
Green viral cottage cheese breakfast to lose weight 60G Protein. Keep you full for hours
Today I’m sharing one of my favorite high-protein recipes (60 g+). Perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner — and so easy to make!
Ingredients & Cost 💵 :
• 200 g cottage cheese — €1.10
• 50 g spinach — €0.26
• 3 eggs — €0.60
• 50 g chicken breast — €0.55
• 50 g tomato — €0.10
• 15 g light cream cheese (like Philadelphia Light) — €0.10
💰 Total cost per portion: ~€2.71
Instructions:
1. Add 2 eggs, 200 g cottage cheese, and 50 g spinach to a blender. Blend until smooth.
2. Spread the mixture onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper, shaping it into a thin rectangle.
• Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
3. Let the baked flatbread cool, then carefully remove it from the parchment paper.
4. Spread 15 g of light cream cheese over the bread, then add sliced chicken breast, tomato, and 1 boiled egg as the filling. Roll it up and enjoy 😋
💡 Tip: If you want to reduce calories, skip the third egg — you’ll still get a protein-packed, delicious roll.
