Florida Shelling Jupiter Island; We traveled FROM the seashell capital of the world to find shells.

Jupiter Island Shelling was everything I wanted it to be. We have been shelling at Sanibel, Fort Myers Beach and other awesome Southwest Florida beaches but I wanted to find different shells - so we headed East. I did some research and from what I could tell, Jupiter Island Florida was going to give us the best shot at finding different goodies. On this particular day, I wasn't even expecting to go shelling. Silly me. I just wanted to take a peek at the beach and the next thing you know we're off looking for goodies. I found shells I've only read about and a whole bunch of other others that I had a really hard time identifying.

I am not an expert! I will sometimes mis-identify the shells I encounter so if you think I got something wrong, I appreciate you taking the time to tell me! I'm still somewhat new to this and I'm eager to learn all I can about shelling and sea shells!
