How to Make a Seashell Picture Frame. Easy DIY Picture Frame Using Your Own Seashells.

Lets talk about how to make a seashell picture frame. First you'll need a frame, and then you'll need some seashells. I picked up my frame at a thrift store and have been putting white shells to the side, specifically to make this frame. I used clear E6000 glue, which is my new favorite glue for these types of projects, and I finished off the frame using some store bought pearls to give it some bling.
