Deep River Scarf Crochet Pattern
The Deep River Scarf is worked along the short ends (so no long foundation chains!). I have used two hanks of the Heatherly yarn by WeCrochet which have about 218 yards in each. My finished scarf measured about 55 inches not including the fringe. If you are someone to prefers to have a bit of a longer scarf, you may wish to have a little extra yarn on hand.

Skill Level: Intermediate
Gauge: 16 sts x 16 rnds of hdc in the 3rd loop = 4 inches
Finished Size: 7.5 x 55 inches, excluding fringe
Yarn: Heatherly® by Knitpicks/WeCrochet® Yarn (80% acrylic/20% Merino Wool; 218 yds, 100 g; (4) Worsted/Medium weight): 2 skeins.
Hook: Size H/8 (5 mm) Hook. Adjust hook size if necessary to obtain correct gauge
