Reproducing a French Medieval Sword from the Wallace Collection

In this video we show off our French Medieval Sword, a reproduction of Wallace Collection #A460. We also describe the process of choosing which details from the original to include in our reproduction, and which aspects we minimize, and why. The goal as ever is to capture the soul of the original sword, keeping the asymmetries and details that give the sword its real medieval feel, while at the same time cleaning up some of the aspects of the sword that are either relics of aging accidents of preservation.
