Let's have fun and get our steps in with this total body cardio walking workout! All moves are to the beat of the music and it's easy to follow along.
After a quick warm up we will do three exercises to each song. It's easy to increase or decrease the intensity of this workout and make it work for you. All moves are also knee and osteoporosis friendly. It's a great workout that's perfect for everyone including beginners and seniors. Make sure to stay for the quick stretch afterwards!
