Lemon Tart
For the crust:
1 egg, 125g butter, ½ tea glass vegetable oil, a bit more than ½ cup powdered sugar, 1 pack vanilla, 2.5–3 cups flour.
Knead, wrap in plastic, chill for 1 hour.
For the custard:
2.5 cups milk, 1 cup sugar, 3 tbsp starch, 2 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla, 2 tbsp butter, ½ cup cream.
Boil milk, butter & half the sugar. In another bowl, mix remaining sugar, starch, eggs. Temper with hot milk, combine, cook until thick. Add vanilla, cool, mix in cream.
Shape dough into 7 tart shells, pierce with fork. Bake at 170°C for 30–40 min until golden.
