Is North Carolina BBQ the best in the World? When we made our video: An Italian Tries BBQ for the First Time and we said how much we loved Tennessee BBQ, so many of you said we HAD to go to North Carolina for the best BBQ in the World. While we still need to try Texas BBQ, we found ourselves in Charlotte, NC and knew we had to take the opportunity to rate the pulled pork, vinegar sauce, brisket, ribs, collard greens and all of the other sides.
