Making a Bhutanese Bamboo Bow - 4 hours to complete the bow - bow and arrow

The bamboo of Bhutan bow uses bamboo grown in the Indian states of Sikkim and Bhutan. The scientific name is Sikkim Dragon Bamboo. It can grow to a height of 18 meters, and the unique strong sunlight and low temperature growth environment makes it grow tighter than the high-temperature plain bamboo, and the bamboo slices are more flexible.
I can’t get this kind of bamboo in Taiwan. I use Meng Zong bamboo from Zhushan, Nantou, to make it. The bamboo is closer to the root, with close knots, thicker thickness, and 9mm thick. After the actual production, the maximum weight can only reach 30 pounds. If you can get thicker bamboo to test, you should be able to reach a higher number of pounds.
However, a single bamboo bow can achieve 30 pounds, which proves that the performance of the Bhutan bow is very excellent under the correct material conditions. The key is to make it simple and fast.
