DIY 9V AIR CONDITIONER Hits -10°C at Home! 💡 Try It Now!
Secret to making air conditioner at home: Minus -10°C with only 12V motor Anyone can do it!
In this video, I’ll walk you step by step through the process of building a DIY refrigeration system using a 12V motor, simple components, and coiled copper tubing – capable of chilling down to -10°C.
💡 Everyone Can Build This – Try It Out!
This isn’t just a DIY tutorial – it’s an exciting and practical experiment that helps you understand how refrigeration works in real life. Give it a try – it’s fun, effective, and usable for cooling water, mini fridges, small containers, and more!
You’ll be amazed to know that anyone can make a real-working cooling system at home – with just a bit of creativity and basic tools!
📽️ The working principle of the system:
The refrigerant gas is compressed by a 12V pump, pushed into the condenser coil to release heat. It then passes through the capillary tube, where the pressure suddenly drops, turning the liquid into a cold vapor. In the evaporator coil, this vapor absorbs heat from the surrounding air, creating a cooling effect. The cycle repeats continuously for strong and steady cooling.
⚙️ Technical Setup I Used:
Compressor: 12V DC mini motor pump
Evaporator coil (cold side): 2.5 meters of 5mm copper tube -
Condenser coil (hot side): 1 meter of 5mm copper tube and Capillary tube: 1.6mm outer diameter copper tubing, shaped into spiral.
Other parts: switch, two cooling fans (hot & cold sides), plastic tubing connectors, gas inlet valve and gas
