2008 Massey model MF-9 High velocity fan

this fan was super filthy and dusty so I cleaned obviously get this fan cleaned up make it look nice fan again no fuse plug obviously it was made in December 2008 this is definitely the same fan that I got in Houston except it has fused plug made in January 2011
