50 g cornstarch or wheat flour
40 g butter
10 g vanilla sugar
1 tbsp instant coffee
200 ml cream (33-35%)

140 g flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
10 g vanilla sugar
pinch of salt

100 ml milk
1 tsp instant coffee

80 g white chocolate
40 ml hot cream
Roasted hazelnuts or peanuts

Tray 30x40 cm.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 17 minutes.
