Hey, what's up everyone? Hope we are doing well. It's Adeel and I'm back with another video. We're
going to talk about multi multi-time frame analysis, how to pair time them together to
make sure you're on the right side of structure and you can catch on winning trades. So the first
thing is higher time frame. Start on your higher time frame. A lot of people see me trade on the
one minute and they're like what, how are you trading one minute? How are you trading every
little low high? Because on the one minute right, this is the 15 minute, the one minute structure
is going to be like this. We're going to have loads of pullbacks, loads of expansions, loads
of pullbacks, loads of expansions and they're going to think yo, how are you trading this? If I shift
down to the one minute, as you can see we've got that structure pretty accurate. I'm not, I'm not
trading every little small zone. You have to understand lower time frame, okay, is order flow
for the higher time frame. Use the lower time frame to tell you what we are doing on the higher
time frame. I'm not using the one minute for my bias. I'm not using the one minute for my POIs.
I'm using it to tell me what the higher time frame is doing. If you can't read higher time frame
structure on your lower time frame chart, then you just need a bit more experience. You need to
see what we're doing. Even without now going on my lower time, let's say I zoomed in, I'm not
zooming in, I've jumped on the chart. I was like yo, I want to purely make a decision based on the
one minute time frame. I could because I know what the 15 minute time frame is doing based on my one
minute. I'm not focusing on all these little zones. I can see that higher time frame structure
which I need to be following. We have a high, we have a low, we have a high. All I'm expecting is
for price to come back into this zone. Boom, put in a low, put in a high. So I bet you 15 minute
structure, I'm not focused on all these little swing points. I'm focused on higher time frame
structure and I bet it's high, low, high high, higher low, higher high. If we switch down to the 15 minute,
look at that, it's exactly what it is. High, low, high, low, higher high. You have to be able to read higher
time frame structure on your lower time frame because remember your lower time frame is nothing
if you're not using it as complements of your higher time frame. So now again, we'll start on
the higher time frame and I can see that structure. I can see we're putting these higher highs, higher
lows, respecting previous zones. Awesome. Now, what is this zone? Is this zone my protected low
or is it my liquidity? Well, we know this zone is still very unmitigated and we even have a nice
area of demand just below our low. So we know okay, this zone is likely to be liquidity and
we should not use it as a protected low. So let me draw this here as my liquidity. Now again,
can you see everything? Let me make me smaller. I'm not that important. We're gonna, everything stems
from the higher time frame and if we're focusing on the higher time frame, all right, we'll mark
out our six taps. What do we have? We have a one, two, three, four, five. So we have a higher time
frame structure, higher time frame bias, higher time frame POY. We're expecting boom, boom. Now,
this move lower, if we're zoomed in on a lower time frame, we're going to be lost. You're going
to start thinking downtrend, right? If you're focused on this one minute time frame purely,
what do we have? You're going to have high, low, high, low, higher high. You're going to see this
low here break and you're going to assume you're in a downtrend. I should be looking for shorts,
not me. I know because I have my higher time frame structure marked up on my one minute time frame,
all right, that this is just simply providing a pullback to tap into my POY. I'm expecting price
to then reverse back up. So yes, I'm trading the one minute time frame, but I'm not getting involved
anything from here to here. This is all noise. I'm not focused on every little zone. I'm only
focused on once we break this here, because this is my higher time frame play and I'm using the
lower time frame to confirm my higher time frame play. So boom, we sweep that, we tap into our POY.
So as you can see, we have our five taps now. Now I need the lower time frame to tell me, yo,
you know what? You're right. Because sometimes guess what? I'm not right. I have the wrong bias,
but the lower time frame will save me. So I need a shift in my lower time frame. So if I go to my,
let's say lower time frame, now one minute. Now I can be a bit more zoomed in. I can look at
structure. I need this to tell me, yo, your higher time frame bias is right. We're ready to expand
higher. And I can see we have a shift in structure here to the upside. So to keep it as simple as
possible, this shift here tells me what that on this lower, on this higher time frame, my bias is
right. We are ready to expand higher. We should take out this high, and then we should continue
with structure and take out this high. So this is when I start to get excited. This is when it is
valid to look for a long stop loss below this low. Because if you're using your higher time frame,
your lower time frame to tell you what the higher time frame is doing, you're assuming that your
lower time frame now is telling you price is ready to expand. I don't need to put my stop loss below
this low, because if price is ready to expand, we should not come below this low. We shouldn't come
all the way here, and then guessing. Otherwise, why did I wait for that lower time frame switch?
I could have just entered anywhere in here. This tells me we are ready. Like I said, you can target
this high, that high, whatever you want. Realistically, I can see we have an area of supply here.
That is responsible for taking this low. Even though it's just a sweep, I'd just be careful,
I'd set my tp in there. As we can see, price smashed the tp, we'll say it takes the final height.
Boom. And can you see how you started with the higher time frame? You mark out your structure
on the higher time frame first, and then go to the lower time frame, so you're not lost. You're not
caught up in every little swing. All these swings are just liquidity. This swing here, liquidity.
This swing here, liquidity. This swing here, liquidity. We know this was just providing a pullback
into here, gathering them on stop losses, and then ripping up. I know I can't explain all of it in one
simple video, so if you deal with my entire course program, that way I can just go into this a bit
more detail with a few little extra concepts we need. And you can also watch me live stream my
trading every single day, so you can see it in real life and get to ask me any questions. The
