Ingredients:
Base:
2 cups (200 g) quick oats
⅓ cup (3 tbsp) cocoa powder
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
A pinch of salt
2 tbsp almonds
2 bananas
Sweetener to taste
Cream Layer:
1–2 bananas
3 tbsp yogurt or sour cream
¼ tsp vanilla
1½ cups (200 g) cottage cheese, cream cheese, or ricotta
Topping:
⅓ cup (60 g) sugar-free dark chocolate
½ tbsp coconut oil
Nuts to taste
Instructions: Place the pie in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to set.
