Ingredients for dessert:
For the general mixture:
-almonds - 30g / 1 oz
-pistachios - 30g / 1 oz
-almond flour - 200g / 7 oz
-coconut flour - 60g / 2 oz
-cinnamon to taste
-dried cranberries - 30g / 1 oz
-zest of half a lemon

Additional for candies:
-honey - 1 tbsp
-coconut oil - 1-2 tbsp
-dark chocolate
-white chocolate for decoration (optional)

Additionally for cookies:

-coconut oil - 30 ml
1 egg
maple syrup or honey to taste (1-2 tbsp)
