Hello guys. Welcome back to my channel.
Welcome back to a brand new video. I
wanted to start today's video talking to
you about a new product that I've been
trying. I say new product, it's new. It
It's not that new to me trying it, it's
new to me talking about it with you
guys. I have found that I have
completely switched up my habits when it
comes to using deodorant. It's something
that's really made a difference in my
life switching from an antipersperent
spray to a more natural alternative. And
this is from the brand Fussy. I know
switching from your usual antipersperent
that you've probably been using for
years and years to a more natural
deodorant might feel like a bit of a
leap and I suppose it is. And I I
definitely had my doubts too cuz I used
to love the it was just a habit for me
to have that really cooling spray. But
there was a part of me when I was
spraying my deodorant in my bathroom and
it just feeling like it's everywhere
that made me think I kind of want to
switch to a more natural alternative. So
for a while now I've been using more
natural alternatives to the spray
antipersperin and fussy isn't your just
your like ordinal ordinal ordinary
natural deodorant. It's backed by
science to work over 24 hours with their
unique um probiotic formula. literally
eats sweat for breakfast. Okay, so it's
a bit quirky, but it's good because it
keeps you fresh without any sort of
harsh chemicals. And what's more, and
definitely a move for quite a lot of us
that I feel like is becoming more and
more important is that Fussy has
committed to banning single-use plastic.
When you run out, you don't just simply
toss this away, you actually refill it.
So, I've emptied it out. I have finished
my last previous one and I wanted to
show you how I just replenish it and how
easy it is. Come in a bit closer. You'll
be able to see. You simply remove the
lid and then once you're in here, you
just simply push these little tabs in to
remove this section. Pop your refill in.
And I'm going to go in with Forest Haze,
which I've not yet tried and honestly
sounds a bit of me. It smells
so fresh and nice and kind of like, how
do I describe that? It's a very woody
scent. It's got uh pine in there, fur,
juniper. Anyway, this is going to be my
next one, which I'm excited to try. So,
you pop it in, then pop the uh section
that I just showed you back on. Clip it
into place like that. You can hear that
click. And then you can twist up, twist
down, whatever you need to do to be able
to get the deodorant out. And then you
will just swipe that on your skin under
your armpits.
Wow.
That is I think that I'm gonna go as far
as to say that is my favorite scent that
I've used so far and that I'm about to
use because I haven't used it yet.
Couple of other scents that I got. I got
wideeyed citrus. I thought that'd be
really nice for summer and wilderness,
which I have tried before. This one is
kind of similar to Forest Haze in that
it's got a little bit of woodiness with
cedar wood, but it's a very fresh scent
with bergammont in there as well with
those ingredients as well. Everything is
natural, vegan friendly, cruelty-free,
no aluminiums, parabens. It's a cleaner
choice both for your armpits, but also
for the environment. Now is also a
really good time to try if you do want
to because um Oops, nearly dropped it
there. Because I have a code for you
guys. The code is Freya and if you visit
Fussy's website, you will get 15% off
your first purchase. Just for ease, I
have included the code and link in the
description box for you to refer back
to. So, if you want to make that switch
to a more sustainable option, planet
friendly option, um that is also
beneficial for your skin as well, try it
out today. Right now, I actually want to
head into town and head to the shops.
I'm going to head to Primark, grab my
bag. Um I might put my hair up actually.
It's a bit warm today. Yeah, I need to
pop into town anyway at some point
today. a couple of errands and bits and
bobs that need doing. So, I thought I
would take you with me, seeen as though
it's been a while that we haven't done a
bit of a Primark shop. So, let me just
get myself organized and ready to go and
I will meet you guys there. I was just
looked at that then and thought it was a
crack in my my um
window. It's not. It's graffiti on the
wall out there. I am in Manchester this
morning. I've come in first thing nice
and fresh. I've actually brought Barney.
You might be able to see him in the
background there. And I'm going to be
heading into Primark. I thought we'd
have a quick look around. I also want to
stock up on a couple of my favorite
built-in bra tops from Unilo, which is
just across the road. So, I thought I
would pop in this morning. I've got 2
hours street parking where I'm parking.
So, we're on a bit of a mission. We're
not hanging around all day. And uh Tom's
office is just across the road. So, I'm
going to drop Barney off with the guys
in the office for a couple of hours,
head into the shops, take you with me,
and see what's new in Primark. I have
seen online that they are bit Well,
firstly, they've got a Primark Edit home
collection, which I don't know if I love
it. It's got like palm trees on it, but
I'm intrigued to see what they've got in
the full collection. And then uh yeah,
and secondly, I've seen that in the
Trafford Center, I don't know if they're
doing it city center, but the Trafford
Center, they are building a standalone
Primark home store, which is so exciting
because one of the main reasons why I
don't go to the Well, I do go to the
Trafford Center, Primark, but the one of
the reasons why I always prefer the City
Center one, despite the faf of coming
in, parking up, paying to park, and all
of that, for me, Trafford Center is far
easier. I come here because the home
section is bigger. So, it is really
exciting for me to know that the
Trafford Center are now getting their
own standalone home store. Does anyone
else have them in their city? I don't
think I've ever seen a standalone
Primark home,
but hopefully, fingers crossed, that
means we'll get a bigger selection of
the clothing in the Primark as well as
the separate Primark home store at the
Trafford Center. So, that is exciting.
But anyway, without further ado, I'm
just in basic white tea and my halara
jeans today. Very, very basic.
Birkenstocks
just started spitting, which is great
because I don't have a broly or a coat.
Got slick back hair though, so it
doesn't matter if my hair gets wet. Um,
but yeah. You ready to go in the office
with daddy?
Oh, he's he's laid down. Anyway, let's
head on into the shops and see what is
new in. Okie dokie. Primark Manchester
City Center. Let's go. At the start of
the store, they had loads of Rita Ora
bits. I love this top. I thought it was
kind of pricey for all. It was £16 for
essentially two pieces of fabric. I
don't know how you'd get away with that
without a bra as well. Also really loved
this top and she had quite a few in this
kind of western style uh collection and
I really liked them. They had this coord
in black as well and it was made from a
really lovely lovely fabric. You can't
really tell on camera though. Uh but
yeah, a little square neck top and skirt
coord. Loved those. Again, this is part
of the Rita Aura collection. Do you see
what I mean with the whole western
style? Uh and then there were also next
to loads of shorts. These kind of shorts
I live in throughout summer for
pottering in the garden. I actually
already have these ones for £7. £7 is
like the generic price I would say. They
had some lovely pink ones, all the
different colors, some more cargo style
ones. These ones were a bit more
expensive at £15. I think that with a
nice white linen shirt would look
lovely. Some Skiims dupes with these
bodysuits. These were made from like a
double fabric, double lining fabric, but
only was double layered around the bust.
They had all the colors including the
color of the season, this buttermilk
yellow lemon kind of color. Then they
had some more coords, perfect for
summer, this crinkle kind of fabric, and
then this more summery holiday fabric.
Um, gingham print. And then loads of
statement bold tees with different
graphics on. I really love this kind of
shed fabric with the embroidery on glaze
for summer. And then these little
strapless ribbed boob tubes. Super soft,
£8. They had all the standard basic
colors of black, white, and gray. And
perfect again for pottering in the
garden, tanning, you know, having no
straps. Then they had the biggest
selection of reduced items I think I've
ever seen. and loads from the Primark
edit which you guys know I love. Um,
this one look contains silk this dress.
It honestly felt lovely and they had
loads of them, loads of sizes and then I
turned around and saw loads more sales
sale stuff. They also have this adaptive
range. I don't know if you've come
across it before but they have a range
of clothing which is specifically
designed for well to be adaptive whether
that be for different body types,
different uh disabilities even like
these ones with tube access. So, I just
thought that was worth mentioning if you
haven't already seen it. Um, the
specifically the first jumper that I
saw, all it was was like flaps on either
side. So, obviously you don't have to
have a specific unique body type. You
can be, you know, pretty standard body
type and still wear them. So, um, yeah,
just worth mentioning. And I love that
little linen set, but it was just kind
of plonked and they didn't have my size.
I didn't know where it was. So, anyway,
left that. Then loads more linens with
these waist coats. The stripes set came
with the waist coat, the trousers, and
the blazer, which I thought was lovely
little set. Then the little beauty
section, they had some really nice
neutral brushes and sponges. And as you
can tell, autumn winter is coming into
season into stock with these coats into
Primark. And really loved the design on
these ones. Squid Game. How random. I
haven't started watching the new season
yet. Have you? Let me know. Then this
was kind of giving Adenola meets Tala
meets Aloe Yoga. Really loved the
selection. I liked this set, but I don't
think I would ever go for the white
leggings. More Rita Orbit. She's got
quite a big selection this year or I
should say this season. And as I know
she brings out quite a few. Again, I
love this little ruffle skirt, but mini
skirts like this just really don't suit
me. Uh so anyway, I love the little
little dress that kind of gave that
ruffle detail. Again, more like western
style tops like that one. Uh some denim
shorts. Quite a big selection of denim
shorts. I love the length of these ones.
This one's from the polar range in again
that buttermilk yellow lemony kind of
color. And then they also had these ones
in more of a sage green which I thought
were really nice. And then this again
also was in the denim section and it's
more like a denim top. Uh and also uh
not to forget the men's wear. That was a
a selection of men's t-shirts for
graphic te's if you like an oversized
tea. I really like the fabric of this. I
think this for a holiday evening dress
would be really really pretty and only
£12. This was kind of reminding me of
Odd Muse with this silhouette because if
you can see her, I tried to show you
it's really cinched in at the waist and
then it goes out at the hips. So, I feel
like if you're needing that extra
helping hand with making your hips look
a bit bigger, perhaps you're a bit more
of a straight up and down figure, then
maybe worth checking out that. And then
I also looked at all the other different
longer maxi dresses that they have from
the summer range before moving over to
the Primark edit where they um have a
few new bits. I really liked this dress.
It kind of felt silky, satiny. This
linen waist coat was lovely as well,
£26.
um this little linen dress and top.
They've got this coord set with the
shorts, these green linen shorts. These
are the trousers and then the matching
shirt. These were 100% linen and in a
beautiful khaki green. They also had a
striped version. And then this dress
reminds me of the one that I wore from
Ooly to the Sabrina concert. And they
had a few different colors.
Okay, now we're heading up to
the homeware section. So, yes, heading
up to the homeware section now where
they also have some like underwear and
PJs and stuff which I will get to as
well. Uh, the little tassel cushions I
saw and then I moved over to this entire
section with loads of new cushions. Now,
the iners of the Primark cushions I
don't think are that great, but if
you're buying them for the cushion
covers and you replace the inserts, then
I think they had some beautiful designs
around about the 12 mark, £10 to12
depending on which ones. Um, and then
these rat chairs. I feel like they've
had those ratton chairs for a while and
I I always show you them every time, but
never buy one myself. These baskets as
well, I thought were great value. They
were quite big. A good little laundry
hamper size. Those ones at £10. And some
seaggrass trays. Then these towels.
Loved these little scalloped edge
towels. And um may have picked one up
for our downstairs bathroom. Love the
size of this uh candle. It wasn't the
best smell. It's £20. It was okay. It
just wasn't that strong, I didn't think.
Um, but anyway, yeah, I also wanted to
show you guys, are you ready? Code
orange
is coming. And this candle, pumpkin and
vanilla cream, just gave me all the
feels for autumn. I can't wait. I can
wait. You know, this is one of my
favorite times of year where it's like
the buildup to my favorite time of the
year. Um, but anyway, yeah, I think a
lot of this was brought out from last
year cuz I didn't really recognize any
new items. I don't remember seeing these
wax melts from last year though at £2.
Uh little green candles as well in the
pumpkin shape which I thought I would
just show you. Kind of mixed in with the
summery stuff as well. And then I love
this section in the kitchen section. I
always have a look and it always reminds
me of Zara home with the nice crockery,
the dark woods and the neutral style
which you know I'm all about. These
little oil oil drizzlers if I can get my
words out I thought were quite good
value for money. That one has like a
double layer as well, so you could put
balsamic in there, too. This also
reminded me of Zara Home. These plates
and bowl sets. The bowls were only like
£350. They also had some smaller side
plates as well. Then this is the Primark
Edit Home selection. Not that big, but I
showed it you regardless. That is it.
So, moving on. Hopefully, that's a sign
that maybe they'll be bringing more to
the Primark Edit home range, but we will
see. Lots more bold and beautiful colors
as well. I loved this green vase. £10.
It's giving like Ralph Ren home. So, her
home vibes. Um, loads of bows and kind
of like cute, girly, kind of childlike
stuff, but with the laboos and, you
know, all these things that adults in
their 20ies are getting. It kind of
reminded me of that. Some beautiful
pajamas. I loved this one in particular,
this floral design. It was so so soft.
kind of pricey though when you're paying
sort of £9 per item that soon adds up to
to buy the full set. Loads of Hanza G
dupes and I thought these were great
quality. I loved this um like pretty
lemony colored rose design as well and
they had the matching serongs for this
set which I thought was a good idea. But
again, more Hansa G with this bright
pink. I was really tempted for this kind
of like bright Barbie pink um but I
didn't get it. Anyway, this kind of more
bridal section I thought would be really
good if there's any hindus that you've
got coming up or sparkle themed parties.
They had some really nice wedges, um
accessories, hair bands and everything
within that section. This is a really
pretty floral uh scrunchie as well. Lots
of straw bags and hats. I really liked
this kind of faux leather satchel style
bag. And then I actually headed over to
Uniqlo. So, I thought I'd briefly show
you in here. They had these matching
sets which I thought were lovely and
loads of the bra top collections which I
love. They had some denim shorts in the
sale. They had some linen shorts and
also these bags which I love. We are
back in the car.
Bags. Bags. Tim Hortons as well for the
road. I picked up a little um grilled
cheese. I've got Barney in the back
there. I don't know if you can see him.
I think he's lying down. And my parking
ended 2 minutes ago. So I need to get on
the road before parking warden clocks
the fact that I've run over and tickets
me. So we will um head back home. And
yeah, do you know what? I've got that
much. I might actually do a separate
Primark haul. One thing I will say is
that the Primark in City Center has
switched around since I last went. So
firstly, selfch checkckout's much
easier. There was no cues far quicker.
And secondly, the Primark home, well,
they're doing some kind of renovation
and rejigging around, but uh the Primark
home I thought was a lot smaller. It's
almost like it's been halved
and it just
it wasn't the biggest selection. Did we
see code orange?
Can we believe it? Pumpkins are coming.
It is so early this year. Actually, I
say that I feel like the end of June is
when they always start bringing these
bits out. Uh, so yeah, guys, if you like
to shop early for pumpkins, then Primark
is starting to stock them. So,
they've obviously not got the full range
in those, so I would just hold off
personally. But, Code Orange,
she's been shopping. She's bought
everything upstairs.
She's now exhausted. I hope you have
enjoyed today's video. Of course, as
always, it would mean the world if you
could give it a thumbs up if you did.
Subscribe if you haven't already. And
friendly reminder as well to try Fussy,
the natural deodorant alternative to an
antipersperate that is better for you,
your skin, as well as the environment. I
will leave my code and link in the
description box below. The code Freya
will get you 15% off your first
purchase. Let me know as well if you do
decide to make that switch. Let me know
which scents you go for cuz that is
honestly one of my favorite parts is
picking which scents I want each time um
to be delivered through my door. But
anyway, thanks to them. Thanks to you
guys for watching and I hope to see you
all very soon in my next video. Bye
guys.
