A Message To EVERY OVERSEAS FILIPINO WORKER

so this is a message to all OFWs good morning guys welcome to another daily juice we landed very very late last night we flew from Davao to Manila and it took about two I said on where this day your 2:00 a.m. we got to this hotel aesthetically eat and building mini suites we've been here before it's a very very small room let me show you this this is it that that's the end and usually in this hotel room leaves just getting a getting ready got a makeup on you seen this to tell them you get this really nice window but it's normally here but this is this is just a wall it's a little bit claustrophobic but today guys is a bit of an update vlog we're gonna bring you in on the next part of our plan it is April the 14th so Sunday today and it's Holy Week in the Philippines starting this week so I'm gonna update you on what's going on I think you're gonna like it it's gonna be fun we teased it in the last vlog that we might be seeing an old friend in the videos anyway we're Lucy's pancakes American pancake house no early bird breakfast [ __ ] Instagram of all hang out should do that first errand of the day is to drop off this [ __ ] oh my god actually made me cough lift it up that's not good so I need to go to the gym we're gonna drop off this huge bag laundry and I'm gonna say goodbye to these shoes for like six days because there's a place in BGC where you can get white trainers clean and if you who remembers when I bought these they were like sparkling white now they're like dirty and gray and black and horrible so we're going to drop him in the cleaning place gonna have to wear these a couple of days but I think it'll be worth that things like 18 pounds something like that to get these properly know it's cheaper than that it's like 10 pounds to get these professionally cleaned up which is very much needed nearly 9 kilograms of laundry that's Wow pick it up in a few hours thank you guys pretty windy here today for some reason I just went on this website I am not sure we should be better at this by now [Applause] [Music] we just dropped off at our trainers at eat food cache as its Holy Week next we always it I'm not sure it starts today or if it starts on Monday that has known the comment but it means that they're shut next week and we've got flights attached very close to when the pic updated for the trainer so I really hope we're gonna be able to get them yeah just a day earlier than they normally do for us that's good I don't was they fingers crossed and we're going to Sonny's cafe again change we couldn't find well we could find it but long story come back to Sonny's cafe they know it's in here now I usually have like eggs and sauce eggs grilled chicken and pancakes but today not being as hungry so I'm gonna go for the granola bowl looks delicious Lucy's gone for an iced coffee I've gone for a long black summers officially started NER Brett first thing we're going to tell you guys what is going on in the next couple of days delicious black coffee long black start of the morning and Lucy when she said do it your normal order which is a double shot a quiet less smell I said yes but can I have it ice today please my Instagram is telling me it's 35 degrees today Wow 35 when I drink I don't need to say when you're in hot weather to drink hot coffee it makes you cooler personally it kind of makes me [Music] we've just been reading through through comments and replying to comments in Sunny's cafe I do love that place I'm not for relaxing I go there and a few a few videos ago we mentioned OFW so I overseas Philippines workers in our video and you guys went a bit crazy in the comments and sort of recognizing you and thanking you for watching this video so this is a message to all OFWs if you're watching this video thank you so much and we are so pleased that we can cure your homesickness provide some entertainment for you wherever you are in the world and it does baffle us every day how many people from all over the world watch these videos I just watched Georgia Knight is going about our lives and explore in all different places around the world and the hood of thing and I don't think we quite realized at first how big the OFW community actually is yeah I think it's like almost three million people around the world and the countries are like like Saudi Arabia like a lot of Italy unlike cruise ships we have some we're always greener in Singapore who few months back definitely is it's an incredible incredible thing working overseas away from family for such a long time missing your home country missing your family and we saw a worker that was about support of what we did we don't know the full backstory but what it looked like was someone was leaving their family for a long time all the kids were there crying knowing that they're not going to see their dad for quite a while all their family were they're going to say goodbye to them the husband and wife were hugging and crying and it was like it was it really touched us yeah and how people can go away from their families for that long to provide for their families they it's people the people that do that I like as a overwhelmed us really it's definitely we admire anyone who works hard and provides for a family it's just absolutely crazy sacrificing things in their own lives that they may want to look after their family absolutely incredible makes me emotional think about it no I think I think we choose to be away from our family yeah that's true because we want to make these videos we want to see the world but some people don't have that choice it's very true [Music] look who it is how is it with you then it's changing of the guard how is yeah we're swapping over in the lunch spot just try and get the them like every day crazy times and now they like have their apartment in Manila they live here we never see them anymore now joking that is something ok also we're going to give you an update of the plans in this restaurant as promised and also talked about this apartment thing that you may have heard some things about thank you wow so we've come in to soothe now which is one of our favorite spots in BGC describe that Maya this place is huge huge menus why do I cut it open to cut it down you can barely have to spin in there I think we're gonna get a Greek salad salad here phenomenal absolutely delicious but it is time as promised it's a bit quiet and don't shout at our date you've on the plan we're meeting up with a certain character tomorrow we are and that character is gonna take us to but Tanis no but Angus that's how I get those three mixed up yeah we used to talk about the bat they they will sound very similar they do but now we actually been to we're going to the sir they'll get almost up in dollar so we are heading to a tan tomorrow it's a couple hours a minute I think Lucy found this it where's the photo this about mighty med a car this insane spot that looks looking after just five minutes we're heading there on an I wouldn't call it a road trip that's all yeah you know your friend visiting so tomorrow guys we will be reunited and you will be reunited with wacky the Volkswagen is coming back to the box well but VW took again he was like what are your plans for Holy Week where you going to go where do you want to drive and this place that's really cool and we love well there's a few reasons where we love a road trip the main reason for me is I don't have to fit everything into a suitcase like you just chuck it in the boot and we seems this Roman Road for some reason we'd love listen to music and just driving along stopping at places we want to see our plane I still get I still get real excited I see quite a low plane yeah guys the flight we took yesterday was number 16 of 2017 and it's only like was an April 28th here's a 2016 2018 two years away is 2090 2019 this is what happens like when you fly all the time you lose track of days we never know you never know I lose track of years I think I'm okay so it will be nice it'll be nice to drive somewhere brand new place we're very excited we're gonna enjoy our salad then I need to get a haircut buy some underwear check back in with you very soon [Music] wait so good so good just just have to say such a good lunch as sooo so nice we need to order more salads we forget to order salads and we just okay end up eating all the delicious food that is available to us so we are now taking you guys underwear shopping and before some of you get excited not for Lucy the best place to find clothes shops is in a mall so we are heading to Central Square Mall which is just Center which is just here then central Central Square Mall which is a more we haven't actually been to yeah look at the plight thing the Sun setting of nine we still have so much of Manila we need to discover I mean this is a mall we haven't been to but I'm talking about areas of Manila we get comments on the videos every time we come back to the same you guys need to go and check out in different areas we want to see the walled area of the old city so comment below if there are some places that we still should go and see in Manila because I think we're back here soon we need to pick up our shoes at some point so we're definitely gonna have to come back here at some point soon so as always didn't do much research didn't realize that this was pretty much a designer mall and I'm probably not gonna be able to afford the underwear that's in the small so we are going to buy some toys instead no so we're going to M&S there's a Marcus Benjamin this is so funny for us because master Spencer as far as I know as an English British brand I think is it's all over England so whenever we see one in the Philippines or another country I think Hong Kong knows much dispensers as well kind of feels weird to us feels like we're walking in to home we just walk past an interior shop with loads of nice furniture cushions chairs tables if you saw Mike and Ellie's livestream the other day they announced that there is some apartment searching going on in Manila our next stop only joking but look
