Everything Went WRONG! We Messed Up In South Korea

crazy crazy place this is the river three days in and haven't done it yet I don't know when to get off for this is exactly what we love the most about South Korea good morning guys welcome to another daily deuce we're here in Seoul South Korea and today we have a mission we need to somehow find a train to get to the other side of town in a country that doesn't have Google Maps in a country that most people don't speak English we have no idea how to get the train how to pay for train how to get where we want to go we then need to find a cable car and find some delicious Korean food all within a couple of hours before sunset which we want to watch a location we also don't know where it is welcome to the vlog let's go [Music] we have a printed map as Google Maps doesn't work here very well and we've actually resorted to paper which is unusual in this and this is where we can find the bus yeah this is a map to the bus okay all right that's one step further than we like okay well this is the river the river no that's a bus station that's not the river we've been told that transportation here in Seoul is actually very good the public transport system is sophisticated modern effective we just need to find where to get it yeah and this this is this thing doesn't matter this thing doesn't tell you where you are it doesn't doesn't move along with you some reason [Music] [Applause] [Music] so now we are at the bus station and everything is in Korea so we now need to use the translate up again so workout this one we need my donut waiting for me super-helpful minute [Music] so it turns out we were on the wrong side of the road but now we're on the right one got a different bus same number but a different direction and the guy kind of nodded when I said where we want to go so I think we're on the right path I don't know when to get off oh yeah when do we get off the thing off the bus and a very interesting experience people really really crammed in and it gets very busy you get pushed around it's quite funny I was like holding on trying not to like bash the camera into a lady who was standing right next to me but good news we have made it to Seoul Tower we're going to try and find the cable car now food first very important [Music] [Music] bell rings Cooper in the room first allows people everyone else is in the restaurant behind us [Music] awesome impressed and they went a bit over the top full of on the toppings sometimes more simple is better think we need to now no that doesn't look right we need to cross this really busy road but there doesn't seem to be a way to progress whether there looks like the entrance and the way you get into the cable car but I said hey cross this road good queue as well as always guys we are I'm two percent honest in these vlogs if we don't like something we will say wasn't a great place to eat lunch but nevermind we've had some amazing food here we're going for a Korean barbecue tonight probably teaches us a lesson for eating Italian food in South Korea but it was a quick fix before going on the cable car a local just very helpfully told us that we have to go underground to access the point for the cable park so there we go [Music] so at this point we can either walk or take an elevator it looks really weird let me just show you going up this hill it's funny it seems almost seems to you up right I think you can walk as well we're gonna walk because we want to get some exercise in but we have just eaten so we need to catch the sunset but the Sun has come out it's been a little bit cloudy this morning and but luckily the sun's come out just in time and hopefully we'll catch my sunset on the top so the Namsan cable cars actually open from 10:00 in the morning so you 11 an evening so you come up here and see the holy city lit up at night wow it's busy look at the kids beds up there yeah has an apple making sunset [Music] so we are queued for an hour and much worse to you than I expected and now we're in this little pen a pen waiting to board would you say border Michaela her no she and did you know most cable cars manufactured so it comes the top now and there's loads and loads and loads of these padlock the people have written their names on and clip them up period to sleep and the fuse are all the insane on there yeah the Busic thousands and thousands padlocks [Music] [Music] the Buda Mountain says so so nine and a whole view of the city that's probably the best view the city that we've had so far really really nice up there worth the one-hour wait [Music] we need somewhere [Music] riryoku enjoy a Korean barbecue which is one of the most recommended things to do here and I can't people in three days and I haven't done it yet I've never done one anywhere I know the Philippines I send them all over to do it [Music] and this is exactly what we love the most about South Korea the lights at night absolutely insane let's go [Music] it turns the place to dinner we are it's coming out already we've ordered some beef ribs and some pork ribs looks absolutely delicious it sprays in here it's so loud we just saw that main street you just saw go to young people in there are they're tucking the food straight on here are you excited Nelly Furtado hungry I've been talking about this barbecue all day the cookie ourselves from him [Music] that dinner was probably one of the best meals we've had excluded the food to all the food to last I was amazed but that was a very very nice dinner to recommend this place here we filmed the sign on the way it's Saturday night here in Seoul
