A surfers worst nightmare surfing in the Philippines (Behind the scenes of a surfer girl)

good morning it is 4:50 2 in the morning and the only reason that I am awake right now is cuz we're going to go surfing all right let's go and first off I need to drink oh my goodness need to drink this water and go make a coffee cuz I am not a very good morning person content creator problems 101 is you charge your GoPro um but then you switch out your SD card cuz you didn't want you're too lazy take all the footage off your old SD card and this SD card only has 20 minutes of footage which isn't going to work so I need to freaking quickly take some footage off my SD car so we can film The SES today woo and I really don't want to do this right now but at least I have coffee if you're a surfer you probably have experienced like cuts um ear problems eye problems all the stuff I literally can't really hear out of this ear it's like fully blocked and I had to like sleep with the eardrops in but they didn't they didn't work um and I have like all these Reef cuts on my feet but I'm still going to go surfing good morning how are you good morning you ready I'm not sure you're not sure are you excited are you thrilled are you happy we're doing this I'm happy but am I awake no literally supposed to be there right now but thank God for Filipino time cuz I'm struggling let's go yay I feel a little better already yay there's the sun it's coming up I move it dog woo we are my face with regular sunscreen this is the part where we handed over the GoPro to our friend for 500 pesos to film our 2hour surf session unfortunately as you can see from the footage that he did quite a few of the first shots on a Time Warp instead of the actual video and when I slow it down the video just looks kind of funky my apologies there goes breach catching all the waves look at her go y'all the waves were so tiny so I had to catch them right at the peak and as the wave was about to crash or else I was not going to catch anything it was definitely a day for longboarding but your girl took out her shortboard this videographer though he kept getting his surfboard in the frame I'm like dude come on look at breach grow she's killing it oh there I go wipe out I will say looking back at all this footage I give myself more credit for seeing how small the waves are and then I was actually catching them it is really hard with a shortboard at high tide to catch really tiny waves just saying it if you're ever wondering what it looks like to drop in on someone yeah this is dropping in as you can see this is not like the best session ever like half of our footage was in a Time Warp didn't really catch any good waves and to top it all off after this I actually had to go to the hospital because I had an ear infection cuz I should have listened to myself and now I can't surf for 6 days missed it look at me trying to catch this tiny ass weight I'm trying to pump here does not look pretty there goes the time warp again there's me trying to catch a wave fail look at breach go she is killing it now we're back to regular video but this one was another big fail I feel like this is definitely my best wave of the session and it's on a Time Warp I'm so annoyed we are finished battling back to the boat and more for until on it leer I'll time to paddle back to the boat hope that we got some good shots cuz it's not the biggest day and not my best special how was your speci I'm not sure I feel so like I couldn't thought that much I know I don't know if you think you're going to be able to hear us so that was good bad good okay okay good good session it's okay I want to buy a board cuz like every time surfing for a while I feel like I lose my you do and yeah it's not fun so you do yeah if you want to surf you really need a board and you got to be consistent minimum I think three times a week minimum bare minimum that's that's what I can do three three times a week yeah girl how would you rate it out of 10 10 I would say maybe it's a seven that's pretty good it's yeah I'm I like Sev optimistic I like sevens I if mine have five I had a few good there was a guy out there though and I told him I was like I'm trying to get footage he was like all right I'm going to help you and he's for every wave I give you I get a beer and I said I said yeah but it needs to be 5 seconds and then if I get a 5-second wave then I'll get you a beer and the best thing is is like I forgot his name and I don't know where he went so I owe him four beers but oh I don't know he probably for the best yeah but hey you got to do what you got to do to get the waves I was like I mean I would buy the Mana sixpack I do not care just hope you never see him again yeah I know do you think he'll remember me well maybe not let's you can say it I don't think I'm that I don't recall you who are you again where I no I don't surf a lot of people look like me yeah I have very there's a lot of blonde tall surfer girls in the Philippines right that might be Barbie yeah that's Barbie and I'm
