skies here for like three days and then suddenly this morning it's just gone to a load of rubbish and we've got a bit of an errand running day today we've got a meeting with our accountants in town then we are never getting breakfast further than that and then a load of other stuff we're bringing you guys no worth today it's just not nice is it so we're so yes guys twenty oh no I was stuck at the gates we what did you I don't know what Lucy said cuz she entered the looking at me but did you say that we are going to film a few logs so basically last night meeting no it's not important there's something called block immerse which is the lighting right everyone knows right now lock misses where you vlog every single day in December I don't think we're doing that because it's already but it's already too sick that December but we were watching some other vloggers is vlogmas last night on the laptop in bed with a hot water bottle because it's freezing in england and we've got kind of jealous cut may inspired is the word i think inspired so yeah I think we're gonna I don't think all daily vlog no I don't I don't think I think you've you've made it sound like it's gonna be most days yeah I think it is Azzam when yeah I think we're kids we've got a load of other stuff to do here that we won't film I think when you're like a youtuber like us that's put a load of like epic adventure vlogs on the channel and we know we have and we all like the snorkeling and the climbing volcanoes and all that and the 4x4 adventure days when you've got that on the channel you sometimes think people don't wanted to see me going about my day when it's like a bit more of a standard normal day in the life type thing but when we were watching these people last night and they were just picking up the camera and just talking about what on earth's going on in their day we were like actually yeah let's do a bit more of this and I know we do this works anyway sometimes in Manila and I don't know we just kind of fell into this is kind of how our channel started it actually was just us filming our day that is the core of vlogging that was the core of our channel so I think with the next couple videos we kind of want to get back to that a little bit back to basics my voice is gone incredibly deep that's me talking no it's not you've just changed how you're talking no I haven't I promise physical proof from this camera because I was filming you before by the way if you're wondering why we're just sat in the middle of a road and cars going around as we haven't just stopped a vlog we are stuck at some traffic lights here by the way the weather has been good a lot of its menu isn't it so you can make me brighter yeah but it's not traffic lights not traffic lights train show you our workout and yeah that was time half 12 feel like we've been getting up a lot cuz the time difference here this cars so fuel-efficient as well still got a full tank and drive around yeah but because we've gone if I can get you in shot loose didn't bring a tripod it's hard to balance like a camera on a car ledge that's going to go because of the time difference thing we've been kind of going to bed quite early 8 9 maybe like 9 o'clock roughly on average and getting up at like 6 or 7 so it's like only midday and we've done so much there already so next stop Jim [Music] just arrived after Jim had to buy a new jacket because even though indoors is absolutely freezing in here until you get warmed up so so cold air so new like thermal my mr. Donald Oh sir it was a zip up jacket keep me warm while I'm working out we're gonna start with 10 10 minute run 10 minute run and then we're gonna do shoulders and triceps staying healthy guys we've been in the gym pretty much every day since we've been back in the UK so keeping it up keeping out for Coach Melvin [Music] we've won four times in four games I'm finally enough our old neighbor Joel works here he used to live when we lived here in our flat in England he was like one of our neighbors Rose used to see him yeah he lived below directly below us all that door didn't open as much authority would blimey and we're gonna have we've been showering sometimes there's um but today we didn't because we're gonna go at Stewart his mum's house make up some lunch meet it and then shower there and then we've got a bit of a working after noon we've got some videos film we need to edit we need to catch up on a few bits we've got a few I've got something to film as well I need you from that yeah standard vlog alive for Aleppo oh my god it's called a little support headband so my little pair don't go my face when I'm working we are going to take a full week off when it's near a Christmas sorry I'm really not feeling very well hey I need Rory we're gonna fly Rory to the UK next time to film us come on we did this on our own for years talking about we'll read after that yeah see you at home alright you're currently balanced on bold and it's not very stable see we have all this gear the kind of tripods we have everything we need to make videos that's fun yeah sometimes we like to just go old school grab the camera without a tripod and I usually balance you on the wrap around the objects that we found around the house when I film you for this part yeah no see there's the ball we're actually we're doing the same a Manilla but we didn't want to carry like suspicious powders from Asia to Europe yeah so we could we display them here use more hair and then when we get back to Manila we've still got a Sarah that make sense but George's on this in Manila he's is my scanner it's same kind of thing critical mass but this one's actually better I think you should move on to this in Manila because there's a lot less sugar in there yeah but it tastes worse but if having something it tastes worse and not having so much sugar but this is basically George's way of getting loads of protein but also dose of calories so you can convert not convert but he can build on muscle yeah and put on overall weight that will be muscle it doesn't it doesn't just make him fat basically it's not just like eating loads of calories it's like muscle gains with a Zed that's George it in that will put some creatine powder I also have some creatine we sometimes start into our coffee but we didn't this morning so we'll put it in our shakes and then mine now looks really suspicious cuz I took the label off the label was like loose so I couldn't open it it was a spinning because the label is base but it's just vanilla whey protein Android assisted dresses gave me this as well she doesn't like the flavor so I've got some too lots of them I should might try that now yeah cod liver oil is happening these are so good for you they're anti-inflammatory omega-3 everyone should be taking these they're pretty expensive but the way we look at it is that you can't per price on health so definitely worth taking one of them also we are taking a multivitamin supplement as well which has so much stuff in a vitamin A vitamin D vitamin E vitamin A he's setting really graphic and vitamin and loads of other stuff as well this stuff you know it's working because it makes your pee neon green I'm not like the brightest thing and that is because any excess minerals that you don't technically need a pedo yeah we actually got into this kind of thing when we saw some will one of wheeled acid witches vlogs well I think this is how store when he went through all his supplements he takes in his kitchen he also takes apple cider vinegar which we haven't spoken to yet we need to look into it and takes up and I guess it's with sweetener and stuff it it is like protein milk but my other one I don't have the label but I feel like it wasn't just milk protein it was other protein these whey protein weight on your whey proteins from Alka percent whey protein I'd really be saying four percent should probably focus in sweet now are they even sleep man because you probably want to taste it on its own okay cool I'm gonna set up the laptop and stuff I've got some work II Clippy vlogging editing no bits to do got some stuff to film and then Lucy's gonna make me lunch 500 mil 950 it's gonna be old looks a bit weird joking it's old from jars no does it look a bit lumpy -
