Only oats and applesauce! Healthy diet cake in 5 minutes! No sugar, no flour!
Recipe 1:
2 eggs.
50 g oats.
50 g | 4-5 tbsp ground almonds or more oats, rice.
2 tbsp sweetener – any you have at home.
1 teaspoon baking powder.
1 teaspoon cinnamon.
1 teaspoon vanilla.
40 g applesauce or yogurt, milk.
50 g almond flour.
20 g | 2 tbsp cocoa.
1 tablespoon vegetable oil – coconut, olive, or another *optional.
1 large apple 250 g.
Chocolate chips.
Bake for 15–20 minutes on low heat.
50 g oats.
30 g walnuts.
40 g almonds.
Banana.
Coconut flakes.
Chill in the refrigerator for 10–15 minutes.
Recipe 2:
150 g oats.
A pinch of salt.
80 g butter.
1 egg.
1 onion, finely chopped.
Olive oil.
Absolutely honest.
150 g (5 oz) mushrooms, sliced.
Bunch of fresh spinach, chopped.
Salt.
Pepper.
Fry until done.
2 eggs.
Salt.
Pepper.
200 g (1 cup) cream.
100 g (3.5 oz) flaxseed flour.
Bake for 30 minutes at 180 °C/350 °F.
